The following is our proven process for delivering you your dream home at an affordable price.

CONSULTATION
The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right for you!
SELECTIONS
Our semi-custom homes allow you to make selections on certain areas throughout the home. Pick out your favorite flooring, light fixtures, and plumbing hardware to make a standard house feel like your own unique, dream home. We'll meet with you to go over each choice and confirm pricing for each.
MOVE-IN
As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave. By now you’ll be ready to move into your dream home and begin making memories.
